Theme and Elementor Clashing

    Hi Guys,
    Again, new to WP and don’t know CSS
    I am busy with a site https://www.drrowanneurology.co.za
    I added an Elementor theme… but now there is 2 bits at the top that shouldn’t be there:
    “Welcome to Trade Line” and “Latest News”
    I can’t find anywhere to remove them… when clicking on “home” it displays correctly…
