Theme appears to use bxSlider.. but where do you edit slides?

  • Ok, best I can tell, a theme I have inherited from a client uses the bxSlider (based on looking at some code and the setup via FTP). The slide works fine, BUT, I see no way to edit slides. Where would one actually edit the slides… pick photos, edit text, etc. I see no link on the left side admin sidebar….. so I am lost as to where one can edit the slides. I cannot imagine one actually has to edit slides in the Editor? But if so, where?

  • With the bxSlider plugin, all is done with shortcodes. Read the plugin description and you’ll get the description of those shortcodes.

    If the theme is using bxSlider internally without my plugin, then I can’t do anything for you. Ask the theme author.
