[theme = Arras] change catagory links into page links

Hey guys so after having alot of issues with the Mystique theme i decided to move over the the Arras theme which will probably suit my needs better in the long run, my only issue with this theme is that instead of linking to the pages like every other theme would across the top its chosen to place my catagory list, how can i swap this over to show my pages?

if someone can tell me that i can send my site live ??
