[Theme: AutoFocus] AUTOFOCUS – Making the nav bar/menu horizontal

I’d like to change my nav bar from vertical/right aligned to a horizontal menu, running along the top of the blog, underneath the title image.

I know there are a few posts already covering this topic but I can’t understand where I’m supposed to edit my menu within the css.
