theme best for post meta

At the moment I have the “Twenty Eleven” theme although I’ve used “Twenty Ten” in the past. I would like to know which one would be best for setting up the post meta (for describing my posts myself) and possibly even the site meta. Or maybe there is another theme that would make this process a bit easier than it currenty seems to be. If my theme already comes with this then maybe I’ve disabled it, so how would I reinstate it?? https://blog.mommawolfzpack.com
