[Theme: Blaskan] Remove black background on menu tabs & add social meda icons

Hello,
I am using the Blaskan theme
for my website (www.bohemiangreens.com) (in a very rough draft stage now)..
and I have been searching everywhere for help with changing the menu tabs. Currently they are black blocks.
I just want no box, no block, just simple text to click on for each page item (“tab”) (preferably I was hoping to do a bold gray text).

Is there anyone who can help me change the code to make this possible?

AND, perhaps a related issue,
I was wondering if there is any way to add my social media icons to the right side of the same area of the menu bar (right float)..
