• I am having the same problem as Edwinkort and was just about to write in as I saw his question. I did the new 2.6.3 install yesterday. When I woke up this morning – both my sidebars are below the main content page rather than in the sidebars where they below. Individual posts – and page 2, 3 etc. are fine. It appears that this is just a homepage issue. Can you help!? Many thanks!!!

Update: I resolved this. My wordpress template is quirky about the use of the “More Tag” when it comes right before a block quote. If the More Tag gets “into” the block quote – it’s like it causes a hard return on the entire page 1 homepage – pushing all of the sidebars to the bottom, below the main content area. To fix: Remove the More Tag. Check site to see if sidebars load correctly. If so, you can try to put it back in BEFORE the last piece of punctuation before the block quote starts. Keep the old punctuation, though. Add the more tag. Then put a period before it. Then take out the period after. That seems to have fixed it for me – although on one post, I still cannot get it to work so I just took the More Tag out forever.
