• I have a WP install on a Linux server that I made a custom theme for. The theme works without any issues. I’m switching this over to a Microsoft Server running IIS 6.0 and after doing the WordPress install on the IIS server, activating my theme causes the public site to break. The backend works fine, and if I reactivate the default theme (Twenty Ten), there are no issues, the public site works fine.

I know its not related to the permalinks, because changing them from query based to user-friendly (w/ index.php directory since its an MS server) has no effect on this issue. Both ways work fine in Twenty Ten, but my theme breaks for each permalink setting.

Again, this is a theme that is up and live and working fine on another WP install, same version, just on an Apache server. Anyone have any ideas or anything to try? I googled around but was only able to find people who ran into issues with a theme breaking the front and back ends of the site, but couldn’t find anything like this. Thanks in advance for any help as I’m really stumped!
