THEME BROKEN + LICENSE INVALID + NO SUPPORT!

Hello Fancify support,
CANNOT MANAGE/ACCESS MY USER ACCOUNT ON YOUR WEBSITE
- When signing up on your website to create a user account your system does not ask to create a password – it simply creates a user account with my email
- Then once inside my account dashboard I can create a “new” password (otherwise I cannot login ever again once I exit your account dashboard) but when I try to create a “new” password I need to enter my “current” password – but I do not have a “current” password because your system did not give me the ability to create a password when I first registered my account on your website
- So I get locked in a loop of not being able to create a password and access/manage my account in your website
- Try the process of “forgot/reset password” as a possible workaround to login to my account again – error message comes up on your website login page saying that account with my email address does not exist even though I did actually register an account with my email address after purchasing the theme but now my account no longer exists?
CANNOT REGISTER LICENSE KEY
- After purchase I received a license key to register in my account dashboard on your website but this is not possible either
- When I was initially in the dashboard of my account (before it mysteriously vanished after logging out the first time I used/created it) your system refused to register the license key I received with my purchase
- Each time I tried to enter the license key your system gives an error message saying it cannot communicate with your API and to try again later – and try again later – and try again later – and… well you get the idea after many tries later that “later” actually means “never” in this case
- Installed the theme into my wordpress site and cannot register the license key in the theme dashboard either – also gives error messages and refuses to connect with your system so CANNOT USE THIS THEME IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER!
NO SUPPORT RESPONSE
- Reached out to theme support via email days ago – still no reply received
DEVELOPERS SPLENDOR STUDIO WEBSITE GONE WEIRD
- Now when trying to send support message from your website I am getting a 504 Gateway Time-Out message on your URL so cannot try for support there either
- Your website theme demos are also now not displaying nor functioning properly and quite a few URL’s on your website are giving me 504 error messages
DEVELOPERS FANCIFY PRODUCT WEBSITE/LANDING PAGE SUPPORT LINK DEACTIVATED
- When clicking on your product website’s support widget which proudly says in bold: “DEDICATED SUPPORT – Our support team is with you all along the way, we will guide you on every step” the link lands on another 504 error URL to contact you
The one button of yours that seems to be working just fine on your website/s and product page/s is the “PURCHASE” button. So your system for taking money is working really well. It would really great if the theme and support you are selling worked as well as your systems you set up to take money.
You also state directly beneath the “PURCHASE” button: “Customer satisfaction has a special place for us, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the use of our services, your money will be returned as soon as possible“
But refunds cannot be processed when nobody is answering messages and have abandoned their product, website and customer support. So “as soon as possible” is just an underhanded way of saying that “your money will be returned NEVER”. But to find this out you first have make a purchase.
Will you respond here and offer me the support I paid for???
