Theme change on timer

    I was thinking of an idea, and I was wondering if anyone would know if its doable. I was thinking of having themes change on a timer/ what time of the day it is. Is this doable? So when you visit the site the theme would change depending on what time it is? Either the server its hosted on or the computer the users is using.
