Theme changed when converting to multi press

    I had a single wp install and just recently converted it to a multipress site. Seems much of the formatting of the premium theme I used has changed, as well some of the shortcodes etc. do not work properly any longer.

    Do all themes work in a multipress install, or only certain ones?
