Theme – COEUR – unwanted text in post Publish, not Preview

    Going a little crazy here.

    the unwanted text is –

    SSBFacebookTwitterGoogle+EmailPrint

    ALL plugins Network Deactivated in the multi-site.

    No plugins Activated in the child site.

    When I Preview the post the post is fine.
    When I Publish the post the extraneous text appears.

    I do not “tinker” with WP or any code and definitely did not explicitly enter this text in any css, js, or php file.

    I researched many other posts on this general topic with no luck. They were not related to a post.

  • Are you using this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/simple-social-buttons ?

    If you can disable and try, the “ssb” seems to be from this.

    Thank you so much for replying. Getting a little desperate here.

    To answer your question, no, I am not using the plugin Simple Social Buttons.

    I am using the Simple Share Buttons Plus plugin.

    In addition, I have examined every file in the COEUR theme on my self-hosted site with no success.

    Also, I noticed the extra text only appears in the body of the post, not the Post Title.

    Any other suspicions on your part are very welcomed.

    Had both Simple Share Buttons Adder and Simple Share Buttons Plus plugins network activated. De-activated Adder but problem still persisted. De-activated and deleted Plus and reactivated Adder and problem solved.
