Theme compatibility

  • Hello,

    I’m really keen to use Master Slider for a couple of sites I work on and intend to purchase the full version to make use of the extra features if I can get it to work.

    At the moment it seems incompatible with the themes being run on both the sites (same custom theme) and when I try and use it I get an error in the inspector: “ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: MasterSlider”. Switching the theme to one of the standard WordPress releases fixes the issue, but this isn’t an option.

    Can someone help?

    First of all thank you for choosing Master Slider, Currently master slider used for many advanced sites without any conflicts its mean your theme has conflicts and not optimal So, don’t worry about this we’ve help you, Could please send us your page link then we can solve your conflict and try to optimization your site.

    Currently for free Master Slider users we can only support here and its not possible to use private support for free MS users, So could you please post your question here?, This action help other users that have same problem discover their conflict, If you have any question please do not hesitate to contact us.

    First, please make sure that Master Slider’s script was added to the page or if your theme is able to load ajax please enable your theme option which able to load ajax on all of your pages,
