Theme Compatibility

I just have a question. I have a brand new website, with a Jupiter theme from themeforest.net. I really like this plugin, and I’m trying to get it to work on my website. I’m definitely looking forward to the Pro version when it comes out!
Everything is working great, except when I enable a sidebar for the recipe page – the sidebar and this plugin don’t look as intended. Here is how the sidebar is supposed to look like ideally: https://www.staging7.xoxomimi.com/2017/09/17/another-new-post/
Another compatibility issue is – when trying to submit anything in the comments, the page just refreshes automatically.
I tried a couple other recipe plugins – and they work as intended, without any of these issues. I just really like this plugin and was wondering if it’s possible to fix the compatibility issues – which might be happening to similar themes as well.

It’s kind of a hidden feature, but if you go to Theme Options and click on Sidebar, it will have an option “Activate Sidebars For Custom Post Types”.
In there, I entered cp_recipe, which enabled the sidebar for the recipe posts as well as in Appearance > Widgets.
I forgot to mention – if it still doesn’t show the sidebar, you can go to Theme Options, click on Blog > Blog Single Post and under Single Layout, choose Left Sidebar or Right Sidebar.
That will show the sidebar on the recipe posts.
Another question I have – will the Pro version upgrade of this plugin be included in the Basil Recipes theme as well?
