Theme compatibility for dummies !

Hi, i am trying to use Easy Property Listings, on a stargazer theme ( it wos suggested in one of the posts)

And i would like to remove parts marked in red on the screen. I tried to follow up the instructions, but i am new to wordpresss and got confused.
I created a child theme, i coppied

single-listing.php
archive-listing.php
from
/plugins/easy-property-listings/lib/templates/themes/default/

and now i am stuck at :

Into the theme/child theme directory. For this particular theme I had to remove the line get_sidebar();

Could you please help me?
