Theme compatibility issue

Hello,

I am trying to combine this plugin with the Colornews theme by ThemeGrill: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/colornews/

However, the output to Facebook seems to be broken. Here’s what the theme outputs on the website for one of my posts:
