    Hi, I had to create a topic because I can’t find the topic that I was following and replying to with the issues that I’m experiencing. The last reply I made was specifying my theme details because during the site troubleshoot everything was working fine with all the plugins activated. I realized that it was a theme compatibility. I’m attaching the screenshot with the issues in the backend and the theme details again.

    Hello,

    We replied to you last time requesting to increase the PHP memory. One of the users was having a similar issue, and increasing the memory resolved the issue.

    Thank you for confirming. Would you mind providing us a screenshot of all the console errors? Right-click on your browser and hit “Inspect” then go to “Console” to check the errors.

    We will check the errors, test with the theme, and get back to you with an update.

    Great thank you!

    I am also experiencing a similar issue.

    As soon as I just activate the plugin, all my dashboard icons disappear.

    Any idea what might be conflicting with the plugin?

    @knowingreal We are testing with the WEBNUS theme, would you mind sharing the name of the theme you are having the issue? Also, have you tried performing the conflict test?

    Hi There, just want to check if there any updates related to the plugin compatibility with Webnus Deep Themes. I having a few clients urgency to keep moving with the project and we’re needing this plugin working soon. Thank you very much for all the effort.

    Hellos sorry for the misunderstanding. Webnus Deep-Pro package is a premium theme with different layout but it uses the same framework code. You can see more info on this link:

    Please I know that all this requieres a lot of effort from your part but I will appreciate it if you can find any fix for this as soon as you can. I need to come up with a solution for clients project and we’re very close to the due date for this. Thank you!

    Thank you very much for your patience and we are sorry for the delayed response.

    We had to collect the plugin and then conduct tests using multiple demos. It was a challenging task as all the demos were working and we kept on testing until we replicate the issue.

    I am thrilled to let you know that we were able to track down the issue and the fix will be available within the next few hours. I will provide you the beta download link here once it is ready.
