    Hello,

I like the Confit demo, particularly the clean single page menu with the price listed for each dish, and no extraneous elements.

However, the Confit theme (confit-wpcom-1-0-2.zip) doesn’t seem to behave like this. Perhaps I am not configuring the theme correctly? Would someone be able to help please? Thank you very much.

Here’s a wordpress.com test version I’ve created to demonstrate the problem. Note how each section is a separate page, with unwanted elements like the header block “Archives”. The prices are also hidden away, until one opens up the particular item. On these detail pages, I would prefer to hide the “permalink” element, and the navigation element.

I found the answer: “After you’ve added food menu items, simply create a new page with the Menu page template.” Not sure if it is necessary, but I also set the slug to “menu”.

    Sorry to bother.
