Theme Conflict

I have two site. Quick Chat works fine with one but will not with the other.
The theme with the problem is called Adventure.
I contacted the creator of Adventure and he said he does not know why and that I should contact you.
If you can provide what he needs to change, he will implement the change.Please advise.
