theme conflict

  • Sorry, but we only provide support for the WordPress default themes, like Twenty Fifteen.

    You may contact your theme author asking if there are reasons for conflicts.

    I hope things get sorted out for you.

    What about for the pro version?

    Good evening smith234,

    Although we do try to make our plugins compatible with the most amount of themes possible, as you can imagine, it’s impossible to keep track of all of them.

    The Pro version would not change the compatibility to a theme unfortunately.

    As per Clifford’s suggestion I would recommend contacting the theme’s author to inquire or consider using another theme.
