    Hi,

both problems are most probably caused by a conflict with some plugin. Please try to deactivate all your installed plugins (one after another) to detect possible plugin conflict. If this does not help, please verify whether your problems occur also if you activate the original HappenStance theme (I can see that you are using a child theme) or one of the default themes (for example Twenty Fifteen).

    Best regards,

Hi thanks for the fast answer.
    Soo..
    1) deactivate all plugin—> nothing change in the two case: conflict with plugin and the issue on visual editor
    2) Retourn to happenstance original theme and deactivate all plugin: nothing change conflict with plugin and the issue on visual editor.

    Any ideas?

If you switch to the default Twenty Fifteen theme, are you able to use the Visual editor?

Please verify whether the option “Disable the visual editor when writing” is unchecked in “Users > Your Profile”. If you still can’t fix the problem, please try to empty cache/cookies in your browser. Another useful troubleshooting steps for problems with the Visual Editor are mentioned in this topic.

    Best regards,
