Theme Conflict with WP Affiliate Manager Plug-In

I use the Zerif Lite theme for my eBook page along with the WP Affiliate Manager plug-in. However, there appears to be a theme conflict between Zerif Lite and this plug in.

When using Zerif Lite, it does not send any emails to my affiliates. I’ve checked the log file for the WP Affiliate Manager plug in and everything is going out okay from the WordPress side.

When I switch to the Twenty Twelve theme, all of a sudden it works again and the emails go out.

Would you be able to fix this conflict?
