I really need to change the black padding thing around my theme
I’m really not an expert with css codes and everything, I tried everything in customization because I just want my theme to be white, and there wasn’t an option

Can please anyone help me with this?

    otherwise I love the theme

I tried this, well the basic css style edit with just background and the color white… as you can see the background of my site is white actually, but the fading black line still stayed

It looks like you found a way because this morning when I checked out your site link, it’s definitely all white and open. I almost didn’t recognize my theme when I saw is, lol. It was the social icons that gave it away ??

Yeah it worked when my friend did something with it :))
Sory about the theme, i just shifted all to white, cause i needed the simple theme, otherwise it’s really great!
Only it should come in different colors :)) the black one wouldn’t fit

The benefit of the theme is that for the most part, you can have any colour combination that you want because of the theme options the theme comes with. But, I think it’s great to see someone using my themes in a different way and style, other than the default look and feel.

I’m having the same problem with my site using your theme (want the top and bottom all white). Could you please tell me how it’s done? Thank you!

Figured it out, and for anyone else looking for the solution: in the style.css, hit CTRL+F and search “padding:40px 0;” in the body under HTML Base and change the “40px” to “0” (minus the quotes of course). Or change it in your child theme.
