Theme Customization with layouts !

    hi
    Im building a theme where I display 4 diffrent loops in one page.
    so I want to give the admin the posiblity to select wich layout to use, or to delete one, by using Theme Customization option
    my question is it possible to do so ?
    and if you have a tutorial that can help me .. please be kind to post it here
