Theme Customizer = Critical Error

  • My client is using the Lite version of the Robojob theme. We receive the below error when attempting to access the “Theme Customizer” area.

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    We’ve tried deactivating ALL of the plugins and this does not help resolve the issue
    We tried switching to the twentytwentyone theme and the customizer works fine
    We tried reinstalling Robojob Lite theme and still the issue persists

    I’m not sure what else to try as for the cause of the issue, please help.
