Theme Customizer no longer working

    Hi, I have had Kale pro theme for a year or so and have always been able to use Appearance > Customize without an issue.

    Now, it only loads the widgets tab and continues to say loading, with no image and I cannot customize anything.

    I have been through troubleshooting, tried deactivating all plugins, checked on a high powered computer, cleared caches etc so the only thing I am left with is a theme issue.

    Please help!

    Hi @aussieketoqueen.

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the issue with the customizer.

    This happened because of a conflict between WordPress version 4.9 or newer and an external code library utilized by Kale Pro.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
