Theme: Dazzling: Getting rid of mobile theme

Having trouble getting rid of the mobile theme on my site when using my mobile devuce. Got half way there taking a snippet of code out, out of the Header.php file. The only issue I’m having now is my sidebar is showing up on the bottom on my mobile device. Want my site to display as is if it were on a Desktop when visitors use their mobile device.
