Theme Deletion Not Working – Critical Error

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    We have tried to delete the medicare theme but this happens when we try to delete it: 

    Can you please help us resolve this issue? We are not sure what to do next.

  • The error is caused by the “medicare” plugin, not the theme. You would have to delete the /home/bcadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/medicare/ directory via FTP to solve this.

    If everything works again after that, you can try to reinstall the plugin. If errors continue, contact their support. Since it seems to be part of a commercial theme, we cannot help you here in the forum.
