[Theme Dellow Plus] Header Modification

    Hello
    I am new to all this but learning fast. I have tried a few themes, even paid for a few that I probably didn’t need to. I have settled on the Dellow theme. I would like to customize the main template to my liking but I am having trouble doing so. First I would like to change the header.

    I would like to make it so the full image size is displayed to the browser width and upon resize it scales the image down. I know this will require some code but I am not code savy anymore.

    Is there some plugin that will list me all the code locations of all the page elements including the styles?
