Theme Design Help

hey guys i am designing a new theme but i have got stuck at some bugs.. i am not so good at php so i haven’t been to able to figure out the bug.. please help me rectify the bug

well here are the errors

on home.php (the blog homepage)

the number of posts in the notworthy area dosen’t display the latest noteworthy post..

on single.php and page.php

the comments do not show up.. when i tried to physically include the comments.php it does the comments form but does not show any existing comments..

please help me fix the errors because this is my first wordpress theme.. well i’m posting the links to the three files in the .txt format..
