Theme Disfuntions

For some reason when I upload the Template I purchased, the page links are all over the top of the page and as a result it pushes the images down and they end up underneath each other, rather than rotating through.

I don’t want to keep the theme active since it looks screwed up, but I did take a picture of it so you can see what I’ve talking about:

With this particular theme, the page links are suppose to drop down from the parent page.
