Theme Dissapeared

Hello,
I installed W3 Total Cache and opened an account with Rackspace Cloudfiles. I followed the steps ad best as I understood them. I did follow a Youtube video that help a bit (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXUBU_WoF_8).
After following all the steps my theme is gone. I deactivated the CDN and now it is back. My page is really slow and I was hoping that W3 is the solution. I am absolutely positive that this is user error.
