[Theme: dkret3] Adding Links To Footer

I have dkret3 4.6 theme and I would like to have detailed instructions on how to add links to the footer for Privacy Statements, etc. and how to link to a website.

I have limited understanding of coding and can’t figure out how to use the shortcodes that are provided on the settings page or how to make changes on the Editor Page.

I appreciate any help that can be provided.
