Theme doesn’t work

Unfortunately you haven’t provided your URL, so we can’t see what you mean exactly. In general the theme works out of the box, is working fine for other users and you can also have a look at the theme demo.

In case you haven’t figured out yet what was causing your issue, then please provide your URL and additional details about your issue (what have you done in order to configure your site, have you tried disabling plugins, etc…). The instructions in the theme documentation may be helpful as well in order to configure the theme correctly.

I wonder if it’s WP version or plugin conflict. There are tons of plugins included in this website installed by the previous webmaster.

Thanks, the first thing you should do is update WordPress to the latest version as it seems you’re running an outdated version of WordPress.
