Theme doesn't work

    Hi!

    I just installed this nice theme, but it doesn’t work. No matter what I set in customizer, it still looks like casual page of newest posts with name of page in header and search icon. No slider, no widgets, no CTA or anything. What can I do?

    Hi,
    I just started creating a brand new website with this Eightmedi lite theme. I installed the latest version of WordPress with only this theme. I was following all steps in this link, “https://8degreethemes.com/documentation/8medi-lite/#homepage_setup”

    but got this error message for customization. “************.com page isn’t working
    ****************.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”
    I did not activate any plugin yet nor any menu or widgets etc
    Please help me why customization is not working on my site

    @8degreethemes I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the theme review team.
