Theme edit

  • For 1-2 weeks I can not customize my page with the theme “One Page Express Pro”. The hourglass spins and asks me to wait but nothing else happens.

  • I had a similar issue recently, check to see what version of the theme you are using. Appearance > Themes > Theme Details.

    The base theme should be 1.3.11
    If it’s not, you might need to manually update the theme. I had a similar issue recently.

    I have version 1.3.22

    The same issue, the hourglass spins and asks me to wait but nothing else happens. I also have version 1.3.22 Pro installed.

    The issue started when I upgraded WordPress to version 5.5.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry @achillain , didn’t read your post correctly. Indeed the base theme’s version was 1.2.11. After a manual update, the theme is working fine.

    Now my Theme also works. Why must I have both the free and the Pro version installed?

    The Pro theme is actually a child theme of the free version. So you need the free one installed, as it contains the majority of the files, which the Pro one builds upon.
