Theme Editor

    Hello,

    hopefully a nice easy one..
    I recently upgraded to 3.1 and can’t seem to find the Theme Editor.
    it used to live in Dashboard/Themes/Theme Editor, but not any more..
    theme-editor.php is still in the wp-admin folder so I guess it hasn’t been removed..

    any ideas?
    btw, this is a superadmin function, I don’t want any/all of my users editing themes to suit them, that would be a rubbish idea!
