Theme Editor not update home.php

  • I am using a godaddy windows server.

    The theme editor will update index.php.
    It will not update home.php.

    All the files in the theme director have the save permissions.

    When you log in home.php has the same changes you made last time.

    I think it is saving it somewhere else besides the theme directory.

    How can this be corrected ?
