[Theme: Emerald CV] — Creating Custom "Post Type Archive"

Hello-

I want to add a post type archive topic to my menu bar (e.g. About Me and Awards) so that when I click on that topic in the menu bar, it will redirect to that section of my webpage, without creating a blog-like redirection (i.e. I do not want to have https://www.website.com/about-me) <—- this is not an actual page.

I am trying to create a new post type archive that uses the Emerald CV template. I have tried to add, for example, another Education section and changed the name to About Me, but when I go to my webpage and click on About Me, it always redirects to the Education section since this theme is most likely set-up this way.

Can someone assist me or direct me towards a manual that may outline these steps. I have already read the documentation for Emerald CV but did not see anything about this in there.
