[Theme: Enigma] Hide/Remove Author/Date/Comments

How do I hide or remove the Author, Date, and Comments below each post?
I am using the theme for a static website and I need a place to write some text, but I don’t want it to look like a blog post. Is there any way to do this? None of the plugins I have tried are working.
