[Theme: Fashionista] Moving comment box in post

Hi there,

I’m looking to change the position or location of the comment box on my blog. this is affecting my discussion rate as its not very visible. Im hoping to change it to below the post instead of after a few lines of the post. i basically want to move the comment box a few lines UP so its noticeable once you reach the end of the post.

I’m not entirely sure is this is possible. I have tried and search through threads here but no solution. not sure because I’m using the free version.
