    Hello,
I want to edit the source css. Some @media queries don’t work with my content so I want to see how the source css looks like and edit it.
The Theme File Edior only shows the style.css with a default comment… there is nothing else, its empty. When I inspect my website I noticed the important code is located under wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css?ver=6.0 … how can I find this in the File Editor??
I don’t want to use the Additional CSS function!!!!!!!
Why is it so unorganized?! There are so many files but the most important one is empty?

    Hello @niklasgem ,

Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out!

The style.css file is empty so users can directly add their styling there as an alternative to the Additional CSS tab but it does not include the actual styling of the theme.

You can use the WP File Manager to access such folders which do not appear in the Theme File Editor because they shouldn’t be edited. The file you are referring to is a minified file that is generated from the original one to improve performance and speed and it is not supposed to be edited directly.

However, if you wish to do it, you can access it by following the mentioned path once you install the WP File Manager plugin. (screenshot).

Also, would you mind sharing with us why you don’t want to use the dedicated CSS component in WP? It was specifically designed to apply such changes (like media queries) for a more friendly user interface.

Thank you and have an amazing day!
