Theme FlatOn Pro – problem with forms

  • Hello,
    i have problem with my theme FlatOn Pro and plugin NEX Forms. When i have in form Radio button and when i click on circle (point), then it will open new blank page. When i click on the name part (text) radio button, then it’s okay and spot a tick.
    If i set a different theme (Twentyfourteen, etc.) – then everything is completely fine and radio button works both when clicking on the text, and when clicking on spot too.

    The problem is in the template FlatOn Pro – you advise me please ?

    Now I found that the problem is in the “jquery.prettyPhoto.js” – perhaps it has to do with the function of LightBox, which is part of theme.
    When I rename this file, so radiobox may well choose, but another option but does not switch.
