[Theme: Frisco for BuddyPress] Relocating Notifications and Log Out

I have removed the grey admin bar from the top of the webpage but I was hoping to still send notifications to users. I was wondering if there is any way to relocate the notifications tab to the header.

On a similar note, I wanted to get ride of the sidebar on many of the pages and was hoping that there was a way to have the sign out button also in the header. Thank you for your help!
