I dont inderstand question. In this theme no file names Custom CSS or Edit CSS. But i can change all files.

Sure, install this Custom CSS Manager plugin and then you’ll have a section of the dashboard named, “Custom CSS Manager”.

In the “Custom CSS Manager” section of the dashboard, enter this;
