[Theme: Hatch] pay to find out how to add the text on the left side of the image

Go to Dashboard>Users>Your Profile>About Yourself>Biographical Info.
That’s the place you can add text next to the image.
If you want to edit the text use this plugin:

the theme is great, but it crops the feature images in a way that I do not like very much…

All the support and instruction links just point to a page that says pay 30 dollars to become a member. When asking about adding the text to the top page, as seen in on the theme’s sample picture, a person from support said you have to pay 30 dollars to find out.

Developers of free themes submitted to https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/ are not obliged to also provide free support. And it is not our place to deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.

what I prefer, is a *no crop* of the feature images.

is a pinterest like theme, which let the feature images in the home page *as is*.

Hey guys i used qtranslator for my website all post and blogs translated succesfully except from the text near the header image… when i switch to english is not translated…any idea?

I do not really understand what the issue is, but you can copy+paste the text instead.
on the other side, this text is part of the header ( as I know), so maybe google keep it out of the translation…

I’m completely for people making money from selling themes and also making money from support services ?? I just don’t want to spend money on broken or incomplete themes.

Themes that say they are free should be free and themes with service that cost money should be labeled that way. I did a search for free themes and came up with Hatch. It isn’t free though.

It also looked like Hatch was broken. The text was missing and there weren’t and instructions to do anything. Just links to pay money instead of find instructions or get support.

I have been in this situation before with 2 other plugins but those companies charged money and didn’t actually fix the themes they made. Even Adobe didn’t fix the line drawing problem/bug in Illustrator CS3 when I bought it and told them about the problem.

At least I know this theme kind of works now. It just has a few bugs that make it unusable in my situation.

I just wanted to write a review on it because it looked nice.

You could just include both languages for now. I’ll try out qTranslate with the Hatch demo and see if I can figure out what is happening as well on Monday.

I loaded qTranslate but there wasn’t anything to switch between the languages on the left side Resourceful. How do I get the icons to switch between languages. It would be very cool if qTranslate works with Hatch.

hellasphotography I just removed the cropping sizes from the PHP and it kind of worked. Have you tried that yet? You have to make sure you upload an image with a set size though after removing the crop code. If you don’t you might break the layout of the page.
