Theme Header NOT responsive

  • Hi Guys, I hope y’all doing great, i’m no pro at wordpress or css but i’m facing a problem that drivin me crazy, i’m usin the SHOPISLE theme (working local), and i made my contact page, i uploaded a header image, when it’s on a desktop device, it’s fine it looks great, but when i display it on a mobile device it cropped and it doesn’t show all of the image. what seems to be the problem, PLEASE HELP

    can anyone helps me PLEASE
    my contact page has a field of COUNTRY where you can choose where you’re from
    but when i send a message from my site , it doesn’t show the country because it’s made by div, so i don’t know what to pick to past in the MAIL tab in contact form 7
