[Theme: Hueman] How to add "continue reading" in the post

Hello ??

I wonder how to fix a little issue in the Hueman Theme. When I add the tag “More” on my post, it doesn’t show me the “continue reading”/”more” link. If I change the theme it works.

Is there something I can do to have this option?
