[Theme: Hybrid] settings and nav missing

    Most of the theme customization are missing (only footer info is present), and there is no nav bar. Same for hybrid parent and hybrid child.

    I see a membership is required to get forum answers and documentation. But it is not stated that this is not a free theme. But it acts incomplete.

    I am using WP 3.4 multisite, BP 1.5
