I am using ifeature pro version on my wordpress website, it is working ok with Firefox and Chrome but not showing correctly on internet explorer. I contacted support expecting to get some suggestions and help to resolve the issue, they directed me to post on a forum that was full of questions about the same issue and no answers. Very disapointed in both the support and the fact that my site is not working on the ie.

    Hello,

We are sorry you are having issues in IE, we have not been able to replicate most of the issues users are having in IE8 or IE9 because most of the time the cause is typically 3rd party plugins, not anything in our theme causing the issue.

With this said, try disabling plugins you aren’t using and see if that corrects the problem. If it is still present then temporarily disable plugins until you find the one that is causing the problem. If you do discover that the problem is a 3rd party plugin let us know and we can tell you if it is the plugin or our theme, if it is the plugin you will need to either find an alternative plugin, or contact the plugin author.

Can you please provide us with a link to your support forum thread so we can get back to you in more detail?

I have to concur with the support issue. I have one minor problem with the way the menu repeats itself in the footer and despite my attempts with CSS to elimnate it, the menu persists AND posts in an order I don’t appreciate. So I just don’t use it.

Two posts, including a unique thread in the PRO forum since I acquired the PRO version have gone unanswered but posts all around me have.

This theme has excellent potential, but you would think some kind of response would be given from the devs on the Pro side. I am guessing that “Pro” support is reserved for whomever CC sees fit.

Now it looks like the latest version of ifeatupro (4.07) is starting to solve some issues, but problems remain.
There is a issue with text alignment inside widgets. On my blog page, the sidebar menu has been pushed to the bottom of my blogs posts. The display still looks funky. My site are: djamgatech.com and djamga.com
It they solve the IE issues, this theme will become one of the best on WP.

As I posted, I really like the “Response” feature. It could be a game changer for quick, affordable deployments of mobile-friendly WP sites. The pricing is right and I am not seeing issues with IE9.

On the other hand, customer support is paramount and some of these issues seem minor and worthy of a “Solved It Here First” sticky.

I just uploaded it a test domain that I don’t mind blowing up to see if I can fix my issues without customer support.

Like you I do have 4.07 “Pro” loaded, and will play with it while it matures along with CS.
    Thanks for the follow up.

    Wudman,

If you posted your question over the weekend it will be answered today, we offer limited support over the weekends but during the week a response to a forum thread will typically come the same day you posted it.

The forum will be cleared out today so your post will be addressed. We take customer support very seriously and a lot of our customers can attest to that.
